Upcoming Talk: Object Oriented JavaScript

I will be presenting Object Oriented JavaScript at AjaxWorld this year.

You can find the talk’s abstract below. I’m still working on the slides so if there is anything you would like me to touch on, I’m open to suggestions.

From the Sessions page:

JavaScript has taken a lot of heat over the last few years for various reasons, one of which being it’s lack of proper object orientation. On the contrary, JavaScript is fully object-oriented, supports many types inheritance and also supports member visibility. This talk will explore the JavaScript programming language and will demonstrate several practical design patterns you can use in your JavaScript/Ajax application today.

On a somewhat related note, I really need to update my speaking bio and head shots. Any photographers in the audience?

Update: Here are the slides for those who missed out.
